Who We Are

The Road Safety Advocacy Coalition Uganda (ROSACU) is a national platform of 28+ civil society organizations, professional networks, and community initiatives working to reduce road traffic deaths and injuries in Uganda. We advocate for policy reform, safer infrastructure, law enforcement, community awareness, and sustainable mobility solutions. Through our diverse membership — from NGOs and drivers’ associations to media and youth groups — we ensure that road safety is a shared national priority.
